Concession Acquisition and Development Services

Our dedicated team will take time to understand your requirements. We identify mineral concessions and provide A&D services to both local and international operators. Our experience and remit covers a range of mineral resources but not limited to oil and gas, diamonds, bauxite, gold, iron ore and uranium concessions.

Concession owners are required to submit all geological and geophysical data in addition to valuation reports prepared by first class international geoscience data providers. Onshore mineral concessions are of particular interest and this is extended to near offshore oil concessions of no higher than water depths of 1,000 cubic metres.

Equipment Supply Services

Equipment supply is provided by our third party suppliers. These suppliers have had years of experience in providing global supply chain finance solutions and some have even had prior experience of operating in Africa.

Global supply chain finance solutions are available to businesses that can provide the necessary collateral in the form of either government bonds/guarantees, or local B+ rated bank documentary credits.

Again, in spite of our focus on our chosen sectors, we will also consider credible proposals from sectors outside of our remit where we have a credible supply sources.

Commodity Trading, Brokering, Supply and Swap Services

Our relationships with first class commodity trading houses, financial institutions and end users enables us to provide robust solutions for buyers and sellers of commodities.


Requests must be accompanied by relevant verifiable supporting documentation and capability statements. Transactional history may also be required, if deemed necessary, to ensure prior transaction capability and performance.

Our trade and supply network includes producing global entities with strong footprints in the commodities market and are capable of executing a range of commodity opportunities.

Project, Structured and Trade Finance Services

We understand the challenges of securing funding / finance for trades and projects, especially infrastructural projects. In today’s economic environment, dealing with volatile market conditions and increasing regulatory requirements requires more time from directors, government seniors and project originators. Project Development and Monitoring Services

We collaborate with international project developers to deliver a range of projects. Infrastructural projects may require either sovereign backing or some other form of collateral. Our development partners have a history of successfully implementing projects in many regions across the globe.

As an add-on, we provide project monitoring services to assist developers and host governments or private project originators so that any unforeseen eventualities are dealt with immediately; thus mitigating any disruption to project deadlines or, at the very least, kept to the barest minimum.

We adopt agile development strategy approaches where we organise small flexible teams to monitor projects. These small teams maintain checklists, manage themselves, watch out for and inform of disruptions in the processes, and implement changes to project processes to ensure adaptability where necessary and ultimately ensure the smooth running of projects.
